Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Pawtalk.
Last updated 2 September 2026
These terms are provided in good faith and in plain language. Where a translation exists, the English version governs.
1. The agreement
Using Pawtalk means you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to your data being processed where you live - in most of the EU that is 16 unless your country sets it lower. If we learn an account belongs to somebody younger, we close it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.
4. Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it to the people you sent it to, and move it between our systems - nothing more. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
5. What is not allowed
The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Breaking them can cost you content, features or the account, as described in How moderation works.
6. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, and we will tell you why and let you appeal, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. The service as it is
Pawtalk is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data, and you should not rely on it as your only copy of anything important. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Changes
We will give notice in the app before these terms change in a way that materially affects you, and the date below always shows when they last did.
9. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
